The Health Check Process
We have provided a step by step of the support you will get when working with our team
Step 1: Making You Feel Comfortable
Our team is trained to approach each client with empathy and understanding, ensuring that they feel at ease throughout the process.

From the moment they arrive, our staff greets them warmly, introducing themselves and explaining what to expect during the screening. We take the time to listen to any concerns or questions the clients may have and provide clear, concise information about the procedures involved.

Additionally, we offer a private and quiet space for screenings, allowing clients to feel secure and comfortable. Our staff encourages open communication, reassuring clients that their privacy is paramount and that they can express any discomfort or hesitation at any point.
Step 2: Understanding You
Our team will begin by asking a series of questions to gather information about the client’s medical history, current health concerns, medications, and any relevant family health history.

This may include:
  • General health status
  • Current symptoms or concerns
  • Previous medical diagnoses
  • Lifestyle factors (diet, exercise, sleep, stress)
  • Social determinants of health (e.g., support systems, work environment)
Step 3: Physical Assessment
Physical assessments are a crucial part of the screening process. Staff measure vital signs, including blood pressure, heart rate, weight, and height to calculate Body Mass Index (BMI), which helps assess weight-related health risks.

Depending on the client's needs, additional tests such as blood glucose and cholesterol screenings may be performed to evaluate cardiovascular and metabolic health.

Once all assessments are completed, the staff reviews and interprets the results. They discuss the findings with the client, providing guidance on potential health risks and necessary follow-up actions. This collaborative approach ensures that clients leave with a clear understanding of their health status and actionable insights to improve their overall well-being.
Step 4: Your Report Is Sent To You
Not long after your assessment you will receieve your full report by email which priovides comparisons against the average person and where you are at if improvements are required.
