Team Building Activities We Offer
​Below is a list of activities we offer ​workplaces where we can come to ​you or we can book you ​in at our City Centre facility.
TEAM FITNESS COMPETITIONS
We create fitness events for workplaces which is set up with a ceremony and presentation plus food and drinks throughout.
OUTDOOR CHALLENGES
This is set up to get staff to step out of their comfort zone, where we have organised army style events, dragon boat racing and fitness challenges.
GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES
We offer any style of class you are looking for from our range of in-house and external coaches we have avaialble. We can put on classes at our facility, in a neutral venue and we can also come to you.
OUTDOOR WALKS
We organise short and long walks which support workforces to raise money for charity and we will guide and safely support staff throughout the whole walk.
